Hi I am Minal Patel and I run bespoke Indian Cookery Classes.

I run customised Indian Cookery Classes with a specialism in Nutrition. I strongly believe eating wholesome foods can not only be an enjoyable experience but also improve your mind, body and spiritual wellbeing. 


I have helped cook from as far as I can remember and simply enjoy teaching people how to cook.  I love a variety of world cuisines but my passion is in spices and therefore keep returning to Asian flavours. 

My goal is to raise the level of consciousness in your cooking and promote mindfulness during meals times.
